About the Gala
Each year, the NSLBA Gala Dinner & Business Awards brings together Latino entrepreneurs, professionals, business leaders, community organizations and partners from across the North Shore for one evening devoted to recognition.
Over a red-carpet reception, fine dining and live entertainment, we honor the outstanding businesses and community leaders whose work strengthens our cities and towns, and we celebrate the entrepreneurship, leadership, collaboration and community impact that define who we are.

Fifteen Years
Since its first Gala, the North Shore Latino Business Association has set aside one evening each year to recognize the businesses and leaders who move our community forward. The 2026 Gala marks fifteen years of that tradition.
NSLBA hosts its inaugural Gala Dinner, creating an annual evening dedicated to recognizing Latino-owned businesses on the North Shore.
The evening grows into the Business Awards, honoring the businesses, entrepreneurs and organizations whose work strengthens the community.
Ten years on, the Gala has become the North Shore's signature celebration of Latino business, bringing together leaders from across the region.
On September 13, 2026, we gather at Danversport's Harborview Ballroom to celebrate fifteen years of excellence, leadership and community.

The President's Award is presented at the discretion of the NSLBA President to an individual whose leadership and partnership have made a lasting difference for the Latino business community of the North Shore.
The Community Builder Award recognizes a leader whose sustained work has helped build the neighborhoods, institutions and opportunities that our community depends on.
Presented to a business whose growth, service and commitment to its clients set the standard for Latino enterprise on the North Shore.
Presented to an entrepreneur whose vision, integrity and leadership exemplify the best of our business community.
